Winter 2004
Home Station
December of 2003, we are told was not much -- very little snow.
Pa and Ma got back early January of 2004. Have no real idea what happened, but once we returned the snow did come.
Pa always said that he wanted 36 inches on the ground - he came close.
The first set of pictures are from January - they are sort of before and after routine.
The snow continued to come during January.
The pictures that follow are just general shots from around the Home Station.
Early February arrived and the snow continued to fall from the sky.
For a week or so the drives were blown every 3 or 4 days --- GREAT FUN

Late February
The two pictures on the right and left are of the first bare spots of the season.
However, the picture in the middle of the front yard reveals that WINTER IS STILL AROUND
The Start of the Big Melt
20 March was the first day of "Spring" at least by the tilt of the Earth
This may be, but Late Winter remains at the Home Station
Still lots of Snow
The Snow is Melting, however --Some places it is mostly gone
Early in April Winter Returns
