The Home Station is North of the hill at Clare, therefore the Winter is a great season.  We have lots of snow - it may make several false starts.  None the less, the temps will fall enough to sustain 'snow on the ground'.  The 'snow on the ground' averages a sustained level of around 18 tho 24 inches.  The snow has such a beauty the for a good reason Pa has taken more pictures of snow than most anything else.  Do hope that you enjoy the pictures of the Norther Michigan Winters.
