Many
families maintain pictures of their folks and activates.
Many times these pictures are scattered all over the place. Pa’s Mother pasted or ‘cornered’ her’s in a black book with black pages. Surely you remember those days. Well
we also have many stored in like matter. Heck,
we even have pictures stuck in desk drawers and maybe a shoe box or two. A major problem, such storage does not allow
for the sharing of family fun. Since
the advent of digital photography we have many stored on CD Disks and
on the hard drive. These are easy to share
– that is if one has a modern computer. If
you made it this far, you do. We
would like to share our photos. Yes, we
know you do not really want to look at all of them.
Pa remembers, a many Sunday afternoon looking at those
‘black books’ – it was not the best of fun at an Aunt or Uncle’s home.
Thus, we will select ‘some’ and make them available for viewing. We have hundreds and the selection will be
hard. But, never the less we did it. You are welcome to come to the Home Station
and look at all of them – provided we can find the shoe boxes. The
pictures have been divided by us and each of our kids and of course,
the grand children. It will be our plan to
update from time to time. It is hoped to
keep the collection within the last couple of years.
